- 1 cup of chopped ham
- 10 quail eggs
- Salt
- Chopped parsley
- Oil
- Tips: if your child does not like ham, you can fill the mushrooms with garlic prawns or tuna, or just with quail eggs

1- Before starting to prepare the recipe, gather all the ingredients that you are going to use.
2- Clean and wash the mushrooms well, remove the stems and dry them very well.
3- Brush the bottom of a pan with a little oil and bring it to medium heat. When it begins to heat, place the mushrooms with the openings down, until they take on color.
4- When the mushrooms are well done, we turn them over and leave a few more minutes on the fire. Fill one by one with a little bit of ham and then the egg. Be very careful not to break the yolks.
5- Place the stuffed mushrooms in a glass dish and take it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees, for about 15 minutes or until the eggs are set.
6- And here we have our stuffed mushrooms, ready to eat. To accompany, nothing better than a very fresh green salad, dressed with olive oil and salt. Serve hot.
